These terms cover your use of Stacked (stackedbooking.com), operated by Amppler LLC (“we”). By using Stacked you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy and Text messaging terms are part of these terms.
For clients who book
When you book through a pro's booking page, your appointment is with that pro, not with us. Prices, cancellation rules, deposits, no-show and late-cancel fees, and the service itself are set by the pro. If the pro uses fees, your card is saved by Stripe when you book, and the pro may charge the fee shown on the booking page if you don't show up or cancel late. You'll get a text if they do. Please give accurate contact details. Don't use the booking page or assistant to spam, harass or book appointments you don't mean to keep.
For pros: your account
- You need to be at least 18 and able to run a business where you work. Keep your sign-in secure; you're responsible for what happens in your account.
- You're responsible for your client relationships, your services, and following the laws that apply to your business, including licensing and taxes.
- Only upload photos you have the right to use. Mark a photo OK to share only if the client agreed.
- Only add clients to texts the way the app is designed to (they give their number when booking, or text you first). Don't import lists of people who didn't agree to hear from you.
Plans and billing
- New accounts get a 14-day free trial. After that, your plan renews every month until you cancel. Prices are shown in the app before you subscribe.
- Billing is handled by Stripe. You can change or cancel your plan any time in the app; it stays active until the end of the period you paid for. We don't give refunds for partial months.
- If we change prices, we'll tell you at least 30 days before it affects your bill.
Card payments from your clients
Card payments are processed by Stripe through a Stripe account in your name, under Stripe's Connected Account Agreement. Stripe's fees apply. Refunds, chargebacks and disputes with your clients are between you, your client and Stripe.
The AI assistant
The assistant answers clients and books into your real open times using the rules you set. It can make mistakes. Keep an eye on your schedule and messages, and you can turn it off or limit what it's allowed to do at any time.
Reports and tax estimates
Sales reports and tax set-aside numbers are estimates to help you plan. They are not tax, legal or financial advice. Check with a tax professional.
What you can't do
Don't use Stacked for anything illegal, to send spam, to break into or overload the service, to copy or resell the software, or to collect other people's data without permission.
Your content
You own your business data, client list and photos. You give us permission to store and use them only to run Stacked for you, including posting to your connected accounts when you turn that on.
Ending your account
You can stop using Stacked at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put clients or the service at risk. We'll try to warn you first when we can.
No guarantees
We work hard to keep Stacked running and accurate, but it is provided “as is”. We don't promise it will always be available or error-free, or that it will bring you a certain number of bookings.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Changes and law
We may update these terms. If a change is meaningful, we'll update the date above and tell pros in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of Oklahoma. Questions: morganjones@amppler.com.
