Cuts down no-shows. It comes off their total at checkout. If it isn't paid in 30 minutes, the spot opens back up. Needs card payments on.
No-shows and late cancels
With a fee on, clients save a card when they book online (nothing is charged). If they don't show or cancel late, you tap once on their appointment to charge it, and they get a text saying why. It's always your call. Needs card payments on.
